If you subscribe through an app store, your payment is handled by that platform. Each app store manages its own billing, renewal dates, and payment methods separately.
To make any changes - like updating your payment information, changing your plan, or canceling - you'll need to do so through the same app store where you subscribed.

- Manage From One Place: Choose a single billing platform - either your preferred app store or our website - and keep all your subscriptions under that one account. This will ensure you are not subscribing through multiple storefronts (for example, one plan through Apple and another through our website) which can create separate billing systems both attempting to collect payment
- Check Renewal Dates: App stores automatically renew subscriptions on their schedule. If you plan to switch or pause, make sure to cancel before the next renewal date to avoid extra charges
- Make the Switch to Direct: For the simplest experience and for us to better assist you with billing or account questions, we recommend subscribing directly through our website. You can do so by cancelling your app store subscription first, waiting for it to fully expire, and then resubscribing through our website for Pure Flix or GFam+.
