Reactivate My Membership
If you are interested in reactivating your membership you can do so by following these steps:
- Visit PureFlix.com in a web browser (not the app)
- Click on "Sign Up" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
- Complete the steps to reactivate your subscription
Change My Plan
You can change the billing details of your plan, such as switching to a monthly, annual, or premium account, by following these steps:
- Sign in to PureFlix.com through a web browser (not the app)
- Click on the "Head and Shoulders" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "Manage Account"
- Click on the "Subscriptions" tab on the left side, click on the "Gear Icon" on the right side of your selected plan, and click on "Change Plan"
- Complete the necessary steps to change your plan
View Account Information
You can view your Great American Pure Flix Account information on either your computer or mobile phone/tablet by following the steps listed below:
- Sign in to PureFlix.com through a web browser (not the app)
- Tap on the Head and Shoulders icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "Manage Account"
