CHANGE ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You can update/change your credit/debit by signing into Pureflix.com and taking these steps:

1. Go to PureFlix.com in a web browser.
2. Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "Manage Account"
3. Select "Profile" from the account menu.
4. Locate the "Credit/Debit card" section.
5. Add a new payment method by clicking "Card" or edit an existing payment method by clicking the "three-dots" on the right-hand side.
6. Save your changes.

Please Note: In order for us to keep your card information secure, we do require that all payment information be updated online.

If you are not able to get your payment card updated, please contact us for assistance.

You can change your password by:

• Signing into PureFlix.com through a web browser.
• Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "Manage Account"
• Select "Change password"
• Fill in "Current password"
• Fill in “New password”
• Fill in “Confirm new password”
• Select "Save"

Upon completion you will then be able to sign in with your new password.

You can change your account name by doing the following:

1. Go to PureFlix.com in a web browser.
2. Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "Manage Account"
3. Select "Profile" from the account menu.
4. Click on "Contact" and then click the pencil icon in the upper-right hand corner to edit the name.

Upon completion the account name will be successfully updated.

You can change your email address by doing the following:

1. Go to PureFlix.com in a web browser
2. Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "Manage Account"
3. Select "Profile" from the account menu.
4. Click on "Contact" and then click the pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner to edit the email address
