If you would like to be a member of PureFlix.com directly but are currently being billed directly through your Google account, you will need to set your Great American Pure Flix Google Direct Billing membership to cancel. After your Great American Pure Flix Google Direct Billing membership cancels at the end of your pay period, choose a Great American Pure Flix membership through PureFlix.com via a web browser.
Because you have already registered your email address with us, you will still need to complete the membership choice (monthly or annual) and input your credit card information via PureFlix.com.
- Sign into PureFlix.com through a web browser
- Click on "My Account"
- Click on "Manage Membership"
- Click on "Plans" and choose your plan
- Click on "Next"
- Add your payment card information (only the numbers without any spaces or dashes)
- Click on "Start Membership"
When signing up for Great American Pure Flix using Google Pay, you receive the convenience of Google Pay Direct Billing through your Google Play Account.
However, this means that you will need to cancel your Subscription via either your device or via support.google.com
Here is how to cancel the Great American Pure Flix Subscription on a Mobile device:
- Select the "Google Play Store"
- Select the "Profile Icon" in the Upper-Right Side
- Select "Payments & Subscriptions"
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Select the "Active Pure Flix Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Select a reason for canceling
- Select "Continue"
- Select "Cancel Subscription to Verify"
Note: This will set your membership to cancel at the end of your current billing period or Free Trial period, whichever applies. You may continue to enjoy the service until the end date of your current billing/trial period.
