WHY IS PURE FLIX BUFFERING/NOT STREAMING?

If you are experiencing buffering or streaming issues while viewing Pure Flix, please verify the following:

  1. You are viewing through a PureFlix supported device.
  2. Your Internet Download Speed meets our internet speed requirements for streaming
    1. You can test you internet speed by going to google.com
    2. Search "Speedtest"
    3. Click "Run Speed Test"

If you are viewing through a supported device and your Internet Download Speed is 0.5mbps or higher please feel free to contact us.
