Where can I see my current Plan and Price?
You can see your current plan and price under the "My Account" section on Pureflix.com
How can I change my plan?

Try following these 4 easy steps to change your plan!

  1. Make sure you are signed into PureFlix.com on a web browser
  2. Click on the head and shoulder icon at the top right and select "My Account"
  3. Click "Membership" on the left hand side and then select the "Change Membership"
  4. From there you will want to follow the prompts

**If your location requires tax to be collected, we will collect and submit accordingly.

How do I update/change my credit/debit card?

You can update/change your credit/debit by signing into Pureflix.com and taking these steps:

  • Hover over thein the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Select "My Account".
  • Select "Payment Information"
  • Select "Update Payment Information"
  • Add your payment card information. (card number is only numbers without any spaces or dashes)
  • Select "Save Credit Card"

Please Note: In order for us to keep your card information secure, we do require that all payment information be updated online.

If you are not able to get your payment card updated, please contact us for assistance.

How do I change my billing date?

You can change your billing date by cancelling your account and reactivating it on the date you'd like to be billed on.

If you cancel in the middle of your current billing cycle the cancellation will not fully complete until the billing cycle ends. Once the account successfully closes you can reactivate your membership at any time by going to How do I reactivate my membership?
